We have communicated with the complaintant.  We explained yet again the issue with Living Social and since they won't refund her the money we went ahead...

and sent her a check.  She stated to us that would be an acceptable resolution.

Review: [redacted] hired [redacted] in 2014 to re-do her master bathroom. Everything was completed as quoted and [redacted] was completely satisfied with the job and paid in full. In May for some reason one of the shower doors broke while being cleaned and we contacted [redacted] about replacing it. He worked with us and [redacted] to find the receipts and [redacted] agreed to replace it at no charge. To ensure they had one in stock at [redacted] when [redacted] arrived my son [redacted] ordered and paid for one on-line to be picked up. [redacted] went down and picked up the door and brought back some of the broken pieces of glass and [redacted] issued him a credit in the way of a gift card and gave him the new door. It was orally agreed upon that he would keep the gift card and send me a check for the same value. He installed the door and my mother paid him $100 for his time and gas. He said as you can see through numerous emails that he would send [redacted] a check. After a few excuses he verbally offered to drop a check off in person but being a nice person we just told him to put the check in the mail because it would be easier for him. Still no check and he will not return [redacted]s numerous voice mail messages or emails. All we want is the $151.86 that is owed to [redacted]. The whole situation is so out of character. He has completed 3 projects for us and has always been very responsive.Desired Settlement: Refund of $151.86

Talanted team travels within 50 miles of downtown Sacramento"I asked if they would install new flooring in my laundry room or do fence repair. I was told NO by the owner because he needs to make money off of the deal and that the Living Social deal is only good towards BIG projects. That was NOT mentioned in the add. I did not use the offer because I had no use to have a MAJOR REMODEL. I lost my money because the OWNER was not willing to provide the servises that HE ADVERSIDED ON LIVINGSOCIAL. He offered "Home Improvement Services" That should include flooring. I also wanted my Kitchen done but the owner didn't even give me the chance to ask about the other room.Desired Settlement: I would like Wiseman's to install new flooring of my choice in the small laundry room. I think it's like 6x6 but not sure - needs to be measured. Also move the W&D if they agree to do this because my hubs just had Back surgery yesterday. Thank you so much!! [redacted]
