Review: My daughter chose costume [redacted] from a wish come true's website for her majorette team and her band director ordered it for her (they would not let her order herself). For the body of the uniform they chose "red/black" as listed on the website drop down list for the sequin color combination since the school colors and rest of the band's uniforms are red and black. when they received the uniforms, the sequins on the body were purple red and gold. when the band director called to complain, they told him this is what was ordered and that is what their "red/black" is. they said they have a color palette online that shows this. they do have a color palette, however when you pull it up the pictures and words are so small you can't read the words or make out the colors, they look red and black. if you zoom in, it only gets blurry (check out their website if you'd like). they refused to do anything about it and our majorettes are stuck with uniforms that don't match the rest of the band and we're going to have to pay more money to get them fixed. their customer service was extremely rude and unfriendly. this is false advertising and the product received was not the product described. they need to fix their website and fix their bad customer service!Desired Settlement: We don't have time to order new uniforms. We would like to send the uniforms back in, have them fix the color combination to what it says on the website, red and black, and send them back in 2 weeks. If they can't do this before our games begin the beginning of Sept 2013, we would like half the uniform price refunded for the cost of getting them fixed.
