A Wonderful World of Music, Dance, and Theater

I signed my daughter up for group piano lessons. I cancelled the lessons because the instructor did not spend time working with her on the piano. He put her on a computer game for almost half the lesson and had her practice with headphones on for about 15 minutes. He only worked with her for about 15 minutes of the hour lessons I paid for. I spoke to the woman who runs the front desk and she agreed that normally lessons are not run that way. The owner, [redacted], also agreed that lessons are not run that way. I requested a refund, which was denied because she claims that I signed a contract that included a computer game as part of the lesson. [redacted], the owner, agreed to meet with me and my husband today, but refused to let me talk, cut me off, and was otherwise rude to me and my husband in front of my child. All we want is our deposit and the refund for the two lessons that we are dissatisfied with.
