Review: I bought a 2 month old dachshund from here yesterday. They assured me the puppy was healthy, and even their in-house vet signed off on the dog being healthy. As soon as we bought the puppy home it was gagging and vomiting, it wouldn't eat or drink water.

We thought it was just nerves.

Later on the dog had constant [redacted] vomiting and still wouldn't eat or drink water.

We took it to our vet the next day and it was tested for the [redacted] and it was positive. They sold us a sick dog with the [redacted].

There is NO way their in house vet did not know this. And the dog was suspiciously in the basement not with the other dogs when we bought it.

I contaced the [redacted] and he said they would only cover the cost of the dog unless we brought the dog BACK TO HIM because he did not believe the dog had the virus and wanted to give the dog his own blood test. This sounded supsicious to me since I did not trust him at this point. My vet said the dog needs to go to an animal hospital immediately. I called and they will charge me $3000 for the care of the dog... (hopefully the dog survives!). [redacted] said he will NOT cover the hospital cost! So he KNOWINGLY SOLD US A SICK DOG and now won't pay for the dogs sickness.

I believe if we brought the dog back the dog WILL DIE and I don't trust this place so I am taking him to the animal hospital of my choice.

I will take [redacted] and this business to court because my Vet said there is no doubt the dog was sick when I bought it.Desired Settlement: I want a refund for the dog since it was sold to me SICK, and I want all vet expenses paid. The place should be shut down because this dog has [redacted] which is extremely contagious to other animals !

Review: On July *, 2015, I bought a Yorkie from this business. The puppy had a cough and when I questioned Jasmina about it, (she was the person working with me), she said that they had turned the air conditioning up high because it had been so hot and humid and that some of the dogs were coughing from it. She stated that if I choose to take this dog and it was sick, to let her know and I would be reimbursed for any [redacted] it may need. As I stated I bought the puppy and the next night the puppy became extremely ill. I took her to the vet the next day to be told by the vet that she has severe [redacted] and that she had been sick longer than the two days I had owned her. I contacted Jasmina and she informed that their vets had just been to the business on Monday, July * and hadn't detected anything. A follow up visit revealed she also had [redacted] in both ears. I have contacted this business as per the contract I signed with them, they guarantee the health of their pups. When I told the Owner, Gary, about the [redacted], he told that "[redacted] are common in dogs and they can get them from having been bathed (which they did bathe her the day I bought her) or if the dogs are in the rain" . How crazy is that? If that where the case, all dogs would be constantly on medication for [redacted]! They sold me a very sick pup and my husband and I both have contacted them numerous times and still do not have a resolution for this. I feel they should pay the vet bills in full as well as reimburse me for at least 75% of the cost of the dog which was $1800.00 before tax. We have given them the contact information for the vet and the vet has sent them all the records pertaining to this puppy and the illness. They have had this information for 10 days and still have not resolved this. They do not return phone calls so we have to keep calling and as of today still have not gotten any satisfaction.Desired Settlement: This puppy is still sick even though she is starting to improve and according to the vet she may have to be on [redacted] for quite sometime to clear this up ( up to six months!) So I would like the vet bills to be paid in full as well as to be reimbursed for at least 75% of the cost of the dog.
