safety toward our customersSteve's Auto Glass shares office space with another business that *** son very often visits for business and has a special relationship with an employee of the other business, that business has their own: bathroom facilitiesAt no time did *** ask to use my bathroom While *** vehicle was being worked on *** and his son started to walk through my office toward the shop area where his vehicle was having a windshield installed I asked them very nicely please due to insurance regulations we don't allow customers in the shop area I then said I hope you can understand that, *** son then replied back that he does not understand why they can not stand and watch in the garage I reiterated that for insurance purposes customers are not allowed in the shop area .At that point *** *** son became very aggressive and said that he would tear the hair out of my head and rip off my mustache In addition to that *** said that in the country were he comes from there would be physical action toward meI stayed cairn and replied that their vehicle would be finished soon and it would be brought out for them: to inspectWhen we brought *** car out his son picked out a mark that turned out to be dirt*** son was still very abusive to me l handed them the invoice for the windshieid that we installed to perfection The cost was plus sales tax*** son then took out and said thats all I'm paying I told *** *** that I'm going to call the police he then gave me another dollars and said they are not paying sales tax at that point I gave them their key to avoid any more disturbance to my business caused by there not liking the fact that I would not let them stand at their car while we installed the windshield to their car.Regards,Steve F

Review: In August of 2014 I booked a cruise with this business for 2 people. Unfortunately I had to cancel the cruise about 3 weeks after booking it. I paid $300 total deposit for this cruise for 2 people and when I caneled I was told I would recieve $200 back from that deposit. I was told I would be charged $50 a person for canceling the cruise witch I was fine with. They said I was receive deposit back by November 4,2014. I have called evey week since November and I haven't received my deposit back. Everytime I called I'm now told that they are checking on my refund check. Then I never receive phone call back.Desired Settlement: I would like my $200 that I was told I would receive back.
