Complaint:
I am asking that I'm refunded the remainder of my deposit due to the following reasons; My lease didn't expire until midnight on June, 3rd which realistically gave me until June 5th to move out being that your office doesn't open til 9:00am I was given an additional month to move out the property and, my rent was paid up until July, 5th Unfortunately, the AC wasn't working which caused a delay in turning in the keys by June, 30th 2015...the date that I was given to move out, but did not agree upon So I paid for days more and was expected to move out sooner according to Awright's calculations I was charged additional rent from 6/30/to 7/4/(the day the keys were turned in) My move-in-date was 6/6/which means that I'm under paid by days if we're going to use Awright's estimate It's one thing I was charged prorated rent of almost $before moving into the house Supposedly, to hold the property incase someone else is interested Even my previous landlord said that was a scam I've never paid rent at a place where I'm not living at I was in desperate need at the time and was taken advantage of Please gladly return the difference of my deposit so this matter will be resolved

To Whom it May Concern,A Wright has answered all the questions previouslyAccording to Revdex.com office this case was Closed on 8/19/per email from Revdex.com.Now we will attempt to address additional complaint after the case was closed.Charging of days rentof $102.60.We have attached the front page of Mrs*** Lease showing A security deposit of $not $to hold the property before move-in.She paid a prorated of for June 4-30th, upon move-in.RENT IS DUE ON THE 1ST OF EACH MONTH AND LATE AFTER THE 5TH (see Mrs*** lease attached.)Rent stops when the keys are turned into our office which was 7/5/That accounts for the day charge @ $102.60Also a charge for for cleaningand $carpet shampoo both were not done by Mrs*** and picture are on fileWe have send copies of receipts to you and Mrs***Mrs*** received a refund of $(500deposit-days rent-cleaning-shampoo carpets=refund. Furthermore, We did not deduct for touch paint and utility turn on charge or bush trimming and edging. did not want to move out in June because she was in the process of raising money for a downpayment on a house. From what I understand, she is also suing the owners in small claims court and her last employer. It still amazes me that anyone can say anything to the Revdex.com. This response along withproof and pictures attached should be all the information that the Revdex.com needs to clear up these false accusations. Security Deposit deduction and repairs for [redacted] in Beaumont, Texas
Ms.

     Please find enclosed your security deposit
deduction form and your balance check with attached copies of the receipts.
Pictures of move-out condition are on file.
The
copy of the plumber’s bill for the water leak was sent to you several weeks
ago.
We
have enclosed another copy that shows a pressure test preformed. All the
plumbing company could find was an occasional running toilet in which he fixed.
You
can send the additional copy enclosed to the city for reimbursement.
     We are not responsible for the damage to
your car from the garage door malfunction.
We
suggested you contact your renters or car insurance. We sent the garage door
repair man immediately upon reporting. The only maintenance that was previously
reported was the programing of a new garage opener upon move-in on June 2014.
The garage repairman strangely reported that the screws were unscrewed instead
of strip or broken.
When
you came to office and I took a look at the scratches on the top it appeared to
me a sign of leaving the hatch back raised while opening or shutting the garage
door. We see
these
issues a lot in our business especially with hatchbacks. Never the less, the
management company nor the owners are not liable and your repair was addressed immediately.
We
gave you a 30 day notice to move at the end of your lease term dated 6/3/15.
We
also informed you that the owner was placing the home on the market for sale.
We
worked with you for a hold over for the month of June. Then you wanted to stay
through
July
5th. We did not approve that yet you stayed and did not turn in keys
until July 5th. We explained to you that the owner wanted to place
the home on the market for sale during prime summer time. The last days in June
you reported the air condition not cooling. The A/C man was called and he
reported that the unit needs replacing and would get back with a quote. The
owner decided that they could not replace the unit at the time. It was your
decision to stay in the home and buy Units/fans. We will not reimburse you for
a/c window unit or fans that you used and took with you. I do not know, perhaps
you can sell them to someone that
can
use them. We appreciate your tenancy and wish you well.
