Clearly there is another side to this story that has not been mentioned within the
complaint letter that was given...
to you. We have been in business in Dresden, Ohio for six
years and now have been located in our Warsaw store for the last three years. The
community has thankfully been very supportive our small gift shop.
The last thing that any business owner wants is for a customer to try lo tarnish your
reputation as she is trying to do to us. Because of this we have decided that we in no way
are we admitting guilt to her acquisitions but would like to settle this compliant. We will
be sending a certified check today for $53.99 to her home address. Could you please
communicate to her that she is not welcome in our store from this point forward. I will
fax to you a copy of the money order sent to her following address.

To Whom It May Concern:
My name is [redacted]. I am writing this to file a complaint on a business at:
[redacted]. It is called A WYMSICAL GIFT. I ordered some sweaters from the woman that owns the store, [redacted], clear back at the beginning of October 2013 and sitll HAVE NOT received them. I went to her and asked for a refund on them, which is between $53.99 and $60.00 and she told me "NO" SHE WAS NOT GIVING IT ACK AND NOT MAKING THE SWEARTERS! I had the copy of my receipts in an envelope, that was sealed, wrote on it, RECEIPTS FOR SWEATERS. I left them in a drawer whre we both worked, a pizza shop connected to her gift shop and they mysteriously disappeared. I proceeded to ask her for the copies of them for her store and she REFUSED to give them to me and was rude and nasty about it! I don't want the sweaters anymore I just want my money back for the merchandise I purchased a NEVER received. Thank you for your concern and help with matter. It is greatly appreciated!!
