Review: I have contacted and walked into this business numerous times to ask for a full refund back on my policy that has not been registered for my car. I have insured a car that I have never gotten approved for, this company has charged me for 3 different payments on to 2 different policy for insurances. I contacted one of the policy companies they have refunded my money. The second policy was charged directly from agency not insured company. They has ripped me off and stated that this was a company, they have never given me any paperwork on this policy just a charge on my statement clarifying that they are the insurer. My car loan was never approved therefor my car was never registered, which means cancel flat policy. They promised to give me back a refund of $731.00 in which they never did. [redacted] the owner/manager has laughed and told me that there will be no refunds. [redacted] the supervisor gave me cancel paper work for proof of flat cancelation. I have been on the phone with them for weeks, with empty promises and nothing being done at all. I told them that I will report them. I have no car no approval no terms and yet they do not want to cancel the policy for me and refund me my money on transaction that they themselves charged me from there agency not from insurer company.Desired Settlement: I would like my refund back for the cancelation of my policy. Otherwise I will take them to small claims court, and fight this matter.I was charged $731.00 I was laughed at when I called by [redacted]. this transaction has taken to long and this matter has to be resolved

At this time, I have been contacted directly by A & Y Royal Insurance regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

I have been contacted by the agency. They forcefully made me take a signed document that I didnt sign and returned only 50 percent of my money. They acted on a forceful matter and have fraudulently made me walk out with a false document that they typed up themselves. They have advised me that If I don't take this document, than I will not receive anything at All. I obviously took the 50 percent balance but I am still presueing my case with small claims court and dept of consumer affairs. This unacceptable I never had a car to have car Insurance and they legally can't take 50 percent of my money while the other company's returned the funds.

This matter was not resolved. This business continues to do fraud and has not committed by forcing documents as evidence of acceptane and is not committing the right doing of a consumer. I expect the dept of Revdex.com to fully Investagate this establishment further wrong doing on others.
