On April[redacted], 2013 my wife, [redacted] and I contracted "A Yard of Dreams" in[redacted] South Carolina to provide water drainage in our backyard. [redacted], Gneral Manager is the one who performed the work.In the area where the promised grading took place is a wooden utility building that cost us $2,800 to have built. The builder of the building left space under the building for ventilation. [redacted] insisted on filling the ventilation space under the bulding with fill dirt. My wife has asked [redacted] if that was a good idea and he said he had too because of the way the slope was graded to irrigate the yard. Now, let's forward to today, July [redacted] 2013. Water is now leaking under the building and will not drain, the water is rotting the wood. On monday, July 2013 I texted [redacted] a picture of the water under the building. I also called [redacted] on his cell phone 2 times and called his fathers house, where the business is run complaing that the water is going to rot the wood under the building. We have had no response from [redacted] or his father in the office. today, we had a severe thunderstorm here in [redacted] off [redacted] and the water under the building is even worseAbout 6 weeks ago we had the same problem with the water under the building and it took almost 3 weeks to get [redacted] out here to look at it. he dumped some dirt and left, but did not remedy the problemThis is the second time my wife and I have had to try and get A yard of Dreams to repair the problem. The work is in the contract, [redacted] signed on * April, 2013.The are now shrugging us off and the water under the utility building is going to rot the woodThis company is very unreliable and a little customer like us gets shrugged off because they are involved in industrial projects that make them big money. The will not answer our calls or text messages. We hope something can be done to get this problem fixed or we are going to lose a $2800.00 wooden utility building.
