A-Z Air Duct

It has been one week since As AirDuct cleaned our complete air duct system. We were totally pleased with the job they did!. The techs who came were very professional, friendly, and explained all that was included in the job they came to do. They even took before and after pics for us to see and compare! Duct cleaning is not a fun job to do in this horribly hot time of the year! They did not complain! Great job and we recommend AzAirduct to everyone! What a big difference! Well worth the money spent. Company says they do back ground checks. They definately don't. There employees are barely trained and they never wore foot booties. They clean half the system. They don't clean the air handler. And when they do a coil cleaning they spray foam on it and brush it. Then charge you a hundred bucks for a 5 dollar can. Not the proper way of cleaning coils.

They were wonderful- I would first like to say thank you for taking the time to follow up with me. This is the first company in a long time to go out of their way and make sure their customer is happy.
As soon as A-Z Air Duct found out they had a potential customer they called me right away, which was great. I am very busy and its hard for me to get everything done I need to get done on my days off.
They came out the same day they spoke to me, unfortunately I was having my new A/C installed and they fell behind so A-Z Air Duct had to reschedule, but they did it on a day that worked for me, which was great.
When they showed up to do the work they made sure to let me know what they were going to be doing and let me know they would take pictures as they went along, which what company does that?? Most just want to make money even if he doesn't need to be done.
I would recommend this company to anyone if you want quick service and someone to let you know what is going on every step of the way. I feel you might pay a little more but I think it is worth it.
Also the very next day you could tell you were not breathing in dust anymore and know every time I turn on the dryer I don't risk setting my house on fire.
All I can say is thank you! :)

I would highly recommend a-z air duct. My new dryer was struggling to work and we discovered the duct was clogged with lint. [redacted] and [redacted] showed up on time and did a fantastic job. They cleaned up when they were done, and gave me great tips and some advice on things to do with the house. Above all they were HONEST!!!!!!! They get an A+++. I am so glad I have someone to rely on.

I was very happy with the service provided by the employees who came to clean my ducts. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond, and most importantly they were honest. They cleaned up after themselves and left no trace they were here working. I would highly recommend them.

Positive in all respects. Thorough preparation,thorough duct cleaning as evidenced by the before/after photos,thorough cleanup after the job was done. The personnel were friendly and quickly went about their business. I'll be seeing them again when the need arises.

Techicians arrived on time and then went through the house to give me an accurate quote on the work I wanted done. After accepting the quote, they quickly brought in their equipment and started to work. They were very efficient and hard working technicians and were very customer oriented and safety minded men. They were friendly and answered my questions about the work they were doing. I would highly recommend this company and these workers to any and all people who want their air ducts cleaned.

I had a very positive experience with AZ Air Duct. To start with, I got really good pricing from Frank after meeting at the home show and receiving the home show pricing they were offering (plus some other discounts Frank extended!). If you're looking for a bargain, this still seems rather high but after having the work done and seeing what they do, I feel quite different. The two technicians they sent out, [redacted] and [redacted], were top notch. These guys were professional, polite, hard workers who also cleaned up after themselves. This is not a quick in and out type of job. I had two workers at my home for 6-7 hours to complete the work. Each register is removed, cleaned and dried by hand and replaced at the end. Two different types of vacuums are used to clean the ducts, a commercial grade backpack vacuum for close up work and then their monster vac with a rotating brush to get way back into the farthest recesses of the vents. [redacted] and [redacted] were very careful to insure each vent was cleaned back to the point it intersected with another vent so no area was left untouched. The air handlers were cleaned as well as the dryer vent and lifetime, cleanable filters were installed for the three returns. Overall, I can't speak highly enough about the service I received from AZ Air Duct and would not hesitate using them again in the future. Highly recommended.

They came right on time and it took about 3 hours which was what they said it would. They were very informative and showed me pictures of my ducts before and after. Cleaned and sanitized all vents which I was not expecting, I thought it was just the duct work. The cost was just a tiny bit more than what was quoted but we counted our vents wrong so it was our fault. All in all they did a great job...highly recommended!

AZ Air Duct did a great job cleaning our vents. They performed the job quickly and were very professional. They are also reasonably priced. I will use them again in the future.
