We hired this company approximately weeks ago after the glass in front of our home was broken and needed to be repairedThe company came out on 9/15/17, took measurements, and collected $for ordering of the materialsWe were scheduled to have the glass installed on 9/29/ The company never showedWe called four times to find out what happened and received no explanationWe were then told the materials were not delivered, so they would come on Monday, 10/2/The company showed, but the glass was the wrong size and needed to be reorderedThe company promised to have the materials delivered and installed the next day, but never showed or calledThe final request for service was made for 10/6/and yet again, no one came and no one called

I contracted with Anthony Z*** / A-Z Aluminum & Glass to have three windows replaced in my homeHe already had a deposit of $for windows that the previous home owner was to replace as part of the home closing and I gave him an additional $deposit on Aug 23, for a 3rd window that needed to be replacedAnthony never called me when the windows were available or to schedule the installWhen I reached out to him the week of Sept 11, 2017, he stated he had the windows and we scheduled to have them install at 9am on Sept 15, He did not showI called him at 10am to see where he wasHe did not answerI text him and he replied that he had received a delivery and would need an hour to unload itI text him again at noon and he apologized and said we can reschedule if I like
Anthony never contacted me to rescheduleHe did not answer his phoneHe finally responded to a text message to reschedule the install on Friday, Sept 22, Again, he did not show
