I used A-Z b/c it was recommended my my appliance manufacturer (wine refridgerator). A-Z picked up my appliance the first week of Oct 2012. They returned it in December and it was still broken. They picked it up 23 December 2012 and it is Mar 4th and it has yet to be returned. Furthermore, I have had no contact from them. I have called multiple times asking for updates and they refuse to call me back. It is outrageous that it takes over 5 months for a repair. Unfortunately I paid them already so I'm stuck. I would never use them again and recommend everyone avoid them completely.
