I am rejecting this response because:We were told over the phone to bring the item back to their shop for a replacement transmissionWe were not told to come with any information or to have the mechanic there that installed the partYou would think
that would have be communicated before they asked us to travel over milesWe are a large company and we can not have our mechanics travel to answer installation questionsThe transmission never workedWe removed their faulty transmission and brought it back to them at their request and after arriving they interrogated our delivery driver and rejected our claim based on his response aloneAt this point we have driven to pick up the transmission and brought it back to our property twice because of their defective parts and miscommunication to the customerWe are not satisfied and will not be untill we recieve a complete refund of our moneyUnfortunately we will never receive the time back in which we have a wasted because of their unprofessional treatment of customers.
