As discussed over the phone and via email with MrOrtiz that we follow the guidelines for any claim which it's stated clearly on our valet tickets that a copy of the valet ticket ( keychain part ) needs to be provided for any claim to make sure that the customers used our service and where the vehicle was parked and as we advised that we will review the cameras to make sure that windows left opened since nothing more clear than footage Customer send email today few hours ago with just a claim without any copy of the tickets and we responded back with what's missing very shortly after receiving his email so I don't understand what is wrong that we did There are guidelines that we have to follow otherwise we will be paying left and right for guests just blaming valet on things , we are NOT saying this is the case for MrOrtiz but still we have to follow the guidelines with every guest thank you
