Sooo on 11/25/I went to this store that was recommended to me by one of their long time customers to purchase scrubs for workI came home the same day and discovered I needed a size bigger than my usual size because the brand wasn't as good quality as my dickie scrubs I already own (fabric was too tight, no elasticity in the waist band)I had to go to work so I asked my fiance to take them back and exchange for a size biggerI get home to find out that they did not have a large in the color that I NEEDED for work and refused to give him my money back and WROTE a "store credit" NOTE to give to me (written on the PNC bank deposit slip !!!)they have the scrubs I returned (same day I purchased them) and payed cash for , I don't want store credit I want my money so I can go else where and purchase the scrubs I need for workSo today I went back to the store to get my money and was told " you have to talk to the owner....its only 6.99...I'm not giving you anythingyou can't take pictures I'll call the cops and you will have a lawsuit ( I than called the cops myself)...your the worst customer...people that matter have been coming here longer than you...yOU shouldve bought the cORRECT size...I was going to help you but now im not because your rude" ....and sooooo much moreI tell this story to say it was very inconvenient for me to have to go there after my fiance already went to exchange the scrubs and when they didnt have the size ,get my money back when he explained that I didnt/wouldn't want store credit(I needed the money to get what I attempted to purchase from them originally) The customer service here was TERRIBLEI was told the cashier didn't have to tell me about their "no refund ""only exchange" policy because it was posted (picture of the little hand written sign behind the hats on the shelf that was pointed out to me after being told they weren't going to call "the owner" and I needed to wait for "the owner" to come in the afternoon) there is no policy on their reciept and I was even told if I went to Walmart they wouldn't give me it back eitherliesif I went to Walmart with my purchase reciept I would have got my money back the first time they discovered they didn't have the size product I needed and in would've gotten GREAT customer serviceI would NEVER RECOMMEND for anyone to shop here AFTER minutes of arguing and waiting for the cops , I received my $back because "long time customers" were now in the store and they didn't want to loose their business.(the guy refused to give me my original reciept back even though I purchased other things on the original purchase day.)glad I took photos and video(I'm still upset and I may have missed some info to tell you guys so this may be edited as I remember)
Their policy should be printed on the reciept and they need to declutter the store (maybe I would've seen the sign if it wasn't behind a stack of hats)whomever is cashier needs to be trained to tell each customer their policyIf you can't accommodate my exchange the policy should be void, I didn't want to purchase ANYTHING else from the store
