I am responding to the letter dated 7/21/and Revdex.com complaint #*** (July 20, 2015) regarding an experience at for Road Americargb(34, 34, 34) background-">Please see the attached Road America public brochure listing events and pricing for our July 16-Vintage Car event We have a two tier ticket price for advance tickets verses Walk In Gate tickets.We print and distribute 500,of these brochures as well as direct mail to our customers on our data base*** *** with the Madison phone numberreferenced is on our mailing list and by all accounts should have received our brochure in the mail. It looks like he has two addresses or recently moved.Advance pricing was the date in question of Thursday, July 16th per the complaint; See attached scanned event brochure - $in advance verses at the Gate of $25.00. There was no $advance or gate price$was the price charged to all walk in patrons at the gate on Thursday as our season schedule and website states. www.RoadAmerica.comBy chance does he have this ticket showing an incorrect price? If so, we'd be happy to discuss and rectify this further as we pride ourselves on fair and courtesy service.
