I stayed long term at this place of "business" and I am appalled at how they have chosen to handle this situationI checked into room where I stayed for about weeksThrough the time I was there I complained about there being ants in the room though food was properly storedMy complaint sometimes wouldn't be handled until days laterOver the course of time in the room, I washed several loads of laundryOnce while washing my mother noticed there was a moldy smell coming from my brothers clothes and it was so bad that she had to remove the clothes from the washer with a bag covering her hands, She thought nothing of it at the time Close to the time I had to checkout, we began to pack our belongings and to our surprise, the closet was overcome with moldMy mother reported the situation to the front desk however the maintenance man was not on callThe maintenance guy came the next day and stated the issue was due to a broken pipe and that a plumber would have to come and fix
