I recently had a new roof done on my house by Chris P [redacted] and his crewThey were prompt and courteousBeginning with bid, starting and completing the jobIn addition, everything was cleaned up as if nothing ever happenedI would definitely recommend A-Z Home Improvements!

A-Z Home Improvement LLC was contracted to build two decks at the above mentioned residenceOne deck, the back was/and is built 10'x 25', and the other,originally contracted as a 16'x 28', was changed to a 16'x38' and is completed to the
homeowners specifications with no complaintThe basement was framed, wired, drywalled, and textured per the contractThe homeowner made side arrangments with a former employee to custom build a "barn style" door without the knowledge or consent of A-Z Home Improvement LLCThe partial wall, as mentioned above, was not in the orginal contract but was discussed then was to be added later, requiring an increase in the current bidThe homeowner made multiple changes during the time of construction and there were multiple problems that had to be remedied before framing could be completed unfortunatly increasing the total job costA-Z Home Improvement LLC had to remove an existing room and rebuild it due to the room being out of square, the door opening not being to the correct size and the outer wall not being securedThe wall easily swayed inches due to not being securedA-Z Home Improvement LLC spent over $dollars over the initial bid without complaint or added cost the the homeownerAs more tasks were asked to be added the homeowner was informed of the added cost and reinformed that, as stated in the contract, a bid is only an estimate and is subject to change due to changes by the homeowner or isses that A-Z Home Improvement LLC may run intoThe contract also gives all warranty information and resolution to any problems there may be, none of which were followed by the homeownerI, *** ***, personally showed up to the job site multiple times to answer any questions or help with any concerns that had to do with work that A-Z Home improvement LLC was not liable for nor contracted forThe homeowner did contact me one time about some lumber left at the job site and I went and loaded a trailer leaving a small amount because the trailer was fullI was informed by a family member at that time not to worry about the rest of the small amount of lumber that it would be used for a bon fireI have not been contacted by the homeowner since that time about any work needing done or completed for the inital contractupon my final walk through of the job I did explain to the homeowner that we had completed all of the work within our contract and anything else that they would like to have done would be a new estimate and contractA-Z Home Improvement LLC even allowed the homeowner to use their enclosed trailer to store the homeowners personal belongings to help lower the cost of getting a storage unitI would personally like to resolve the issue as soon as possible but find that hard to do if I cant go back to finish the workWhich should be noted that the reason for that is because of a failed personal relationship with the homeowners neice, not due to unperfessionalism or "bad work"

I had a new roof installed last weekend by A-Z Home Improvement. Chris and his crew were great to work with. Very professional and did outstanding work. I couldn't be any happier with the roof and highly recommend their services.
