Dear consumer I owner [redacted] of better paving Corp.  Will complete the job before August 15 apologize for any and all inconveniences I thought we completed the driveway already and then the customer wanted me to finish the bottom part and I told her I will do it it is a very small...

piece and I will be happy to do it for free of charge  just please be patient

I have called the customer and apologized and sincerely wrote him a letter of apology this matter is resolved

I am rejecting this response because:the he business owner never called.  Given this short time he is in business and the high number of complaints I don't expect to get a letter.the matter is closed.  I will never do business with this company.
