Promised repair and or replacement of hot water heater with tankless Hot water system never completed. Was paid 5,000$ deposit and 4,000$ on completion.
Plumber walked out with nothing working, promising to be back, and has not been see or heard from since.

We contacted another company and they did a wonderful job worked for four 12 hour days. I would recommend them highly.

International Plumbing rents from me. They contacted me about a septic problem on this property. I went to look at this problem and they ask me to leave they would give me a estimate for repairs. Next thing I see is a bill for $4008.20. they owed back rent and said they would take it out of that. I believe this problem never existed because they will not let me on sight to see what was done. They pump the tank for a cost of $189 , I know this because the company that did the pump out was paid with a bad check and called me as the owner.

I wouldn’t let this guy change my garden hose ask him how many times he has been taken to court still waiting for my judgement

On 5/30/19 we asked this individual, Jesse M of International Plumbing, to come to our house to fix a problem with our toilet. While he was in our home we asked about a couple of other small jobs he could do for us, and we stupidly didn't ask how much they were going to cost. He agreed to do them and by the time he was done it cost us over $1600, which I feel is OUTRAGEOUS. Below is the "Job Summary" that was supplied to us:
SERVICES
Customer suppiled faucet - $199.99
Pull And Reset Toilet/tank To Bowl Rebuild - $379.99
Emergency shut off - $449.97
repair flange - $369.99
Service Call - Diagnose a problem - $69.99
Additional labor - $50.00
Subtotal - $1,519.93
Saratoga (7%) - $106.40
Total - $1,626.33
Total Amount: $1,626.33
Amount Paid: $1,626.33
Amount Due: $0

The toilet is not secured to the floor properly, it rocks when getting on it and off it. There is still water dripping either from the valve or the water tank or both.

Removed pipes from heating system. Took pipes away and never replaced them. He did not complete the job and was paid in full. He lied that he was coming back. Now we have to get another plumber. The heating system is not functional.

Jesse Alberio, the owner of this company scammed us around $10,000 by damaging our house, wasting our time, and not even finishing the job. The owner, who is Jesse Alberio doesn’t pay his employees well, according to one of his workers. It’s been more than 1 month and he hasn’t finished his work so we had to pay another plumber and he finished the job in a week. Jesse Alberio has been getting complaints from this state and from other states including Arizona, Texas, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and possibly Florida and South Carolina. He destroyed the front steps of our house and tried to make us pay more for what he did plus making 2 big wholes in our garage guessing that the pipe was there, he said he is a professional but he thought one of the pipes was the broken pipe but it wasn’t, also broke my outside lamp which is a portfolio 78.2 in H Rust post light item #109348 model #31506 SE, damaging a pole possibly the pole that supports the 2nd floor of our house. He also threatened me that he will break my head and he was smoking in front of my kids which he could of done some other time and I didn’t like because it would show my kids that smoking is ok but it isn’t. This is my complaint against the owner of this business International Plumbing Inc.

They attempted multiple times to complete the sewer line customer will cut off power on our employees periodically during the day he would unplug the jackhammer he also was given my guys a hard time every time they were there when move the vehicles to let us park our excavator also advise the customer that there is an additional cost because of the way at the sewer line was running underneath the foundation customer continue to Ramble on and on like if he was not all there acting as if we knew who Jesus was and if we excepted Lord And ourLord and Savior will will submit photos of work done I apologize that our religion was not write appropriate won But in the 20 years I’ve been working it should not matter your color race or religion and customer became confrontational with two of the other employees so with that being said we pulled off the job and call it a lost customer owes about 12,900.00

Jesse *** of International Plumbing, Inc. collected $1400 upfront money for a job at my home at ***. I had to come back home to *** County. He said he was sending a crew on July 5 to do the job. He did not. On July 7, he said a crew was en route to do the job. According to witnesses, no crew arrived. On July 7, I told him no more lies. On the morning of July 9, he said a crew was on its way. Two hours later, I asked for pictures of progress. None came. Another person working for me at the house contacted me early afternoon and said there were no plumbers. I immediately contacted Jesse and told him he was fired and not to set foot on my property. He simply could not be trusted. He said I would be charged for parts because they were special order. I doubt that, as does the handyman who will likely now have to do the job. Jesse insists on charging me for the parts, but will not make arrangements to get them to me. I doubt the parts exists. I have texts to document his deceit.

I do not like submitting negative reviews, however, the community needs to be warned about these fraudulent crooks.

We had a drain stop on Christmas morning. My wife called the first person she found and they said they would be out the next day. My wife took time off work to get home for the appointment and they never bothered to call and say they were not coming. The next morning when she called to complain, they promised they would be at the house at noon, so she again left work early. This time they were four hours late, but they did show up.

After two hours of trying to clear the line they told my wife they would have to dig up the concrete floor in the basement. They said the work would cost $3,400 plus tax, and come to about $4,000. They demanded a $2,000 deposit and said they would be over on Saturday to fix it.

As busy as these guys claimed to be they managed to cash my check within 15 minutes of leaving my home. This really set off my spider sense to think something was not right.

My wife did not want to wait three more days, but she did need this to be fixed so she paid the deposit. She told me something did not feel right about these guys. I contacted a friend who is a licensed master plumber and asked him to take a look to make certain we were not being scammed. When he inspected he showed me how this job could be completed with minimal effort and no digging up of my concrete floor. In his expert opinion we were being taken advantage of and he said we could have this done for a fraction of the cost.

The next morning I called and emailed International Plumbing and told them we were cancelling the work and would like the deposit back. I offered to pay them for the two hours they worked but would need to know the price. I asked them to then send the remainder.

They claimed that my wife signed a contract which stated the deposit was non-refundable and that all of the materials purchased for our job could not be returned. I asked for a copy of the signed contact and they added the verbiage to the invoice they already sent, complete with a fraudulent signature for my wife!

It has been three weeks and they have still refused to return my deposit. I am forced to seek remedy through the courts. It was also suggested that I follow up with the sheriff's office to address the fraudulent signature, which could be considered identity theft. That is also in the works.

Save yourself some time, seek other plumbers. These people are just plain crooks.

our tech arrived on time first off and second why would not call another company if we failed to show like u say two times and we have tried to reach out to you three times we responded to your complaint on our web site and you say you have had other people contact you but I only have two complaints in this business we can not make every one happy we been here since 1973 and in those years two complaints I think not bad any way we offerd to refund you some of the money back even tho on bottom of contract it says the deposits are non refundable we do all the work finding the problem with expensive equipment then you get a handy man or a friend to do work that’s unfair and my guys left his charger there and yet to get it back even tho that not part of this issue at all we’re committed to making or customers happy so that’s why I agreed on given you back some of the deposit we charged you for what tech did and will refund you balance but since now we are heading to court I will let my lawyer handle it in court and I am still willing to refund unused part of deposit thank you we have a updated invoice I will email customer invoice and show refund

I solicited a second opinion when all of the red flags surfaced. At the $4,000 price I had no choice. Red flags included, but are not limited to, insisting the work was an emergency and pressuring my wife to write them a check immediately but then scheduling the work for three days later, going to my bank and immediately cashing the check, having different contact information on every piece of paper they provided. There was too much suggesting the work was bogus to not seek a second opinion. Ultimately, my suspicions were proven correct as the work was completed for $250 by the master plumber who pointed out the fraud.

The business has made promises to make things right for five months, each time they disappear when it comes time to committing to do so. They made all sorts of claims that had no basis in reality, even going so far as to forge my wife's signature on a made up contact. Once they forged my wife's signature on a bogus contract, I knew for certain I was dealing with thieves and liars. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited for weeks before filing the complaint with the Revdex.com and state agencies. They ignored these complaints for months as well.

At this point I have sought remedy with the courts. I believe the only reason I have any response from this business is they are now confronted with the reality that I am not going away and they will be held accountable for their actions.

The only remedy I seek now is a full refund of my deposit without any delay.

In November of 2017 International Plumbing Inc (Jesse ***) installed a faucet for me. After 2 weeks the faucet started to bang and make loud noises. I called him and he came back a few days later. I was not their but my dad was. I called him shortly after the visit and he said he couldn't replicate the problem. The banging got worse. I decided to purchase a better faucet and asked him to install it. I told him if he installed the new one I would not ask for my $400 back. He said he would. I have waited almost two months to get this faucet installed. I have called him over 10 times and he has never returned my calls. I just hired another plumber to come and install the new faucet. I would like him to return my money back as the product he sold me is defective and he has not returned to fix or replace it.

A-Z Plumbing Response • May 03, 2018

Not only that the faucet has a life time warranty by delta which would have sent him a brand new one at no charge and he says he called 10 times we have people at office all day long just called two times and we went out no one was there or did not want to answer door. How can we do our job if we can’t get in home
