I am rejecting this response because:Bullet - I did state that to Kent, but figured out it would be more advantageous to purchase the item, because it "costs" more to rent the itemI have purchased a $stove and much more miscitems from this store and trusted that everything would work for us when we "paid in full" for the itemIf I wanted to screw this company I would have put a stop payment to the check I gave youDid the first refrigerator work?? I see nothing stated about that the "first" refrigerator was working? I took the larger one, because the fair is "days" and I needed this now and not in a week!! You had nothing else to replace the item I paid forMy husband came to pick up the large refrigerator you had, because I was told you had nothing elseWe were told to leave it sit for hours before plugging in after my husband carried it by a two wheeler through thousands of peopleWe plugged it in and the degrees did get to and then we filled it with milk and lost cartons of that spoiled overnightThe degrees got to 35, but when you fill it with product the degrees went to 42-degreesIf I was going to "use" it for free I would not have called you to tell you it was not workingWe did not get this out of the fair until the last day of the fair when I had a vehicle big enough to fit the vehicle in.Bullet - When I spoke to Jay I explained that I needed something now and that this is not a typical restaurant that I only have days to make moneyHe assured me this refrigerator worked and we would have no problemsI could not use either one and went through cartons of milk that spoiled.Bullet - When my husband returned "both" refrigerators on the fifth of September - they had a small one returned already and I did the "right" thing by turning in something they had me already had p[paperwork that it was returnedYou gave me two refrigerators that did not work and I had to use the Coca Cola fridge in the Dining Hall.Bullet - So was the "other" cooler we brought back working? no? I would not do business like that and would have stopped payment on the check if I knew you all did bad business like you have to usWe are not a corporation, but a small organization that does business the right way we are not here on earth to screw people like what has happened to you in the pastYou are treating me like a criminal when I talked how "great" your business was and my organization supported me in the purchasing the equipment.Bullet - I have my chef, his wife and many people that know that your refrigerator was NOT WORKING and was not able to be usedIf I need to get letters from all of them I willI did not cheat them at all - I paid for a good that did not work and asked for help with another and that did not workSo this type of business is selling equipment that is not working and the "buyer" is screwed, and it is the right thing to do by informing the Revdex.com about a company doing business that is not right!Bullet - I agree with your policy if the product works and both did not workI realize the refrigerator guy checked it out, but have you sold it yet and have you checked with plus cartons of milk

On August 23, 2017, our A-Z Sales Representative, Kent, spoke with [redacted] from [redacted] to purchase a table top cooler (Inventory #25570) for $638.88.  (Invoice 96095 attached)  [redacted] called Kent the following day, August 24, 2017 to state that the unit would not hold...

temperature.  [redacted] ended up talking with our Refrigeration Technician, Jay, and made the decision to exchange the cooler for another one (Inventory #25571).  [redacted] did make the comment to our Sales Representative Kent that she really did not want to buy the unit because she would be selling her booth at the MN State fair at the end of this season.   [redacted]’s daughter came in on August 24 to pick up the replacement unit which they decided to upgrade to something bigger.  However, they did not return the original unit or pay the difference for this replacement cooler.  At this point in time, they had $1,390 worth of our products.   She stated that someone would return the original unit and pay the difference on August 25 as stated on invoice 96115 which is attached with their signature.   [redacted] returned the original cooler (#25570) and the second cooler (#25571) on September 2, 2017 right after the MN state fair ended.  She was told, as stated on each of her invoices that we would give her store credit or exchange for the second cooler that she returned.    When she brought the larger cooler back, we brought it to our technician and he told us the unit was working properly.   We are willing to give the customer a store credit for the transaction.   Technically she still owes us the difference for the second unit or a rental fee for using the cooler for the duration of the State Fair.    We will waive the additional upcharge for the second unit since it has been returned, but again, as stated on all our signed invoices, “Sorry no cash refunds – exchange or credit only.”

If I wanted to screw this company I would have put a stop payment to the check I gave you. Did the first refrigerator work?? I see nothing stated about that the "first" refrigerator was working? I took the larger one, because the fair is "12 days" and I needed this now and not in a week!! You had nothing else to replace the item I paid for. We plugged it in and the degrees did get to 35 and then we filled it with milk and lost 150 cartons of that spoiled overnight. The degrees got to 35, but when you fill it with product the degrees went to 42-45 degrees. If I was going to "use" it for free I would not have called you to tell you it was not working.
