inspection. Not having access to the inside of house we ran water from the sewer line clean outs to the tank to make sure water was making its way to the tank and from the tank to the field. Everything was functioning. We included a disclosure with the documents when the paperwork was sent. Attached is a photo taken on 10/25/16 showing normal liquid level and also the disclaimer. We are willing to work with the customer but don't feel we are financially responsible as the offset was indicated in the report.
As the video recording shows, he admitted that the paperwork was filled out incorrectly. And I will say again, if he would have filled it out to state that it was functional with concerns, then the homeowner would have made the corrections to sell the house with a properly running functional system. It is black and white. There is no gray. There is no terms and conditions that need to be addressed. He admitted that it was not correct, and I do not feel that because he did not fill out the paperwork correctly, that we should be responsible to make the financial obligation to get the septic correctly functioning. We can go back and forth with this, but ultimately in the end, if I have to spend the money and this time and effort that we have been dealing with since day 1, there will be a lawsuit filed, and post the video on social media to show that this A-Z septic is not a company that is worth doing business with. This is shady work, and with a history of being in business for myself over the years, I would never treat a customer the way we have been treated and still be able to look in the mirror every day and be proud of what you stand for because quite frankly, this is fraud.
