Stay away and refer services elsewhere. I had Victor come out for some general maintenance when I moved into my new apartment. It was a pretty low skill job: hanging pictures and curtain rods. I noticed the next morning, the curtain rod in my living room was starting to come out of the wall. I have contacted other companies to fix his problem after he lied to me multiple times after I gave him the opportunity to correct his mistake since I had already paid him. He clearly missed the studs, and I clearly knew his excuses were bold face lies. At the beginning he seems professional, but beware, he will charge expensively for a job that requires someone else to clean up and fix.

Review: I asked Mr. [redacted], owner of A to Z Services, along with his wife [redacted], to perform a handyman job, coating and repairing a leaky roof, and repairing cracks in a chimney. He made out a contract for services, took a $550 and $200 deposit, promptly cashed the checks and has failed to perform the work in the contract. Multiple attempts to seek either performance and/ or refund of deposit monies has been met with no resolution.Desired Settlement: I feel he has no intention of performing the work. I would like a refund of at least $600 since he did leave some materials at our house.

Review: On Dec.4, 2014, I paid Mr. [redacted], owner of A-Z Services the full amount which was owed for the repairs (which were not yet completed) plus $20.00 so he could purchase more shingles for the repairs on the outside of my home. He was to return the following Monday to complete the painting and shingle hanging on my home, completing of painting

inside of my home and reinstalling of a window awning

I made several calls, but he never came back to finish the work. He said he would back another day, but he never did. He did not return calls, either. As a result of the awning sitting on the grass , it has torn with the wind and rain which we have had.

I mistakenly paid him in full before the job was completed because he seemed trustworthy.Desired Settlement: Finish the job and repair/replace the torn awning.
