[A default letter is provided here which indicates your acceptance of the business's response If you wish, you may update it before sending it.] Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Ok what they are saying is wrong I called them that week and called like times to make sure they had the right tramissin and they informed me that they had the right one I gave them the right information and all ,so I dont kbow why they are telling u I gave them the wrong information when I didnt I called through the week before I pick it up to make sure they had the right one and they informed me they are postive it the right tramissin and all but yes they gave me credit good for yr but they wont let me on tbe property to even take freinds in to use it at all I took my neirbor in with me as well they informed me it was the right one with him to ,but they kicked him off the property to what is a credit good for if I cant take anyone in to use to get my money back from them ,when I brang the second one back tbey new it was wrong one to the laughed at me about it ,so u tell me what im suppose to do do with a credit if I cant take people in to use to get my cash back,the new owners dont know what they are doing ,I gave them my vin no for the car they say they dont go by the vin no and in that yr there was two cars made that yr mine is the odd ball one not many made they told me the computer doesnt lie I said oh sure,I sent them pictures of my car my engine my old tramissin and all the guy that put it in been a mechanic for over yrs the whole dont match up to it , so the junk yard has no idea , plus broke it as well ,im the only one that has complained about them my neibor got engine and they gave him the wrong one I have people that will back me up on this I like my money refunded to me because the credit no good if im not allowed on the property to use for freinds I sure hope u help me with tbis I seen other posted that they sold them bad cars and parts and havent fixed there problems either Regards, [redacted] ***

customer came to us on October 3rd 2016, asking if we had " a transmission for a 2003 ion 3.2" so we told her it would either be a 3.0 or a 2.2. She told us she must have the 3.0. So we pulled the transmission. We explained that she has a 30 day warranty if the part is BAD she can bring it back and exchange it for another one. If we do not have another one she gets a credit slip. No cash back. She was okay with that and she left. She then messaged us on October 18th 2016 and said " I was there on oct 3 for [redacted] 2003 [redacted] 3.2 2 ech transmissin, it is the wrong one ill be there tomorrow to pick up another one". We messaged back and forth for awhile and we realized the car she has is a 2.2, 4 cylinder (not what she said the first time).  So we were nice enough to tell her we will exchange the part even though it was not bad, she told us  the wrong one. We told her since she gave us the wrong info the first time. We told her we needed $50 labor to pull a different one. So we pulled the new transmission and told her she has a new 30 day warranty. If the part is bad we will exchange it, if we do not have another she will get a credit slip. No cash back. she was okay with that then she left. She then messaged us on October 22nd 2016, saying that the transmission is still the wrong transmission. We told her that the transmission can not be the wrong transmission it came from an identical car. She then told us it was the right transmission but it did not fit in her vehicle. So I do not know what her mechanic was telling her. We were nice about it and we simply said bring it up and we will give you a credit slip. She came up and got a credit slip, everything was fine. Then I receive this complaint.
