From: < [redacted] >Date: Wed, Dec 28, at 10:AMSubject: Re: [redacted] To: [redacted] Hello, Sorry it has taken me so long to replyIt is a busy time around the holidaysSo I am writing regarding claim # [redacted] The customer came to us on October 3rd 2016, asking if we had " a transmission for a ion 3.2" so we told her it would either be a or a She told us she must have the So we pulled the transmissionWe explained that she has a day warranty if the part is BAD she can bring it back and exchange it for another oneIf we do not have another one she gets a credit slipNo cash backShe was okay with that and she leftShe then messaged us on October 18th and said " I was there on oct for [redacted] [redacted] ech transmissin, it is the wrong one ill be there tomorrow to pick up another one"We messaged back and forth for awhile and we realized the car she has is a 2.2, cylinder (not what she said the first time) So we were nice enough to tell her we will exchange the part even though it was not bad, she told us the wrong oneWe told her since she gave us the wrong info the first timeWe told her we needed $labor to pull a different oneSo we pulled the new transmission and told her she has a new day warrantyIf the part is bad we will exchange it, if we do not have another she will get a credit slipNo cash backshe was okay with that then she leftShe then messaged us on October 22nd 2016, saying that the transmission is still the wrong transmissionWe told her that the transmission can not be the wrong transmission it came from an identical carShe then told us it was the right transmission but it did not fit in her vehicleSo I do not know what her mechanic was telling herWe were nice about it and we simply said bring it up and we will give you a credit slipShe came up and got a credit slip, everything was fineThen I receive this complaint
