To whom this may concern:In reference to property at [redacted]:I, [redacted], moved out on June 30, 2012, at the end of my lease. Above you will find pictures of the property taken on the day we moved in and I as well send a recorded copy of the walk-through that was done with [redacted]. I spoke with and filed a complaint with the Department of [redacted] and [redacted] as well as the [redacted] office and Revdex.com. I have saved every email of complaints to [redacted], all rent receipts, and the letter received after my inspection on December 15, 2011 (after living at the residence for only 4 months) stating that we were excellent tenants.The day that I moved there, I was informed by previous tenants that have lived at the and other residents, that the property manager has a history of keeping, or finding reasons to keep, tenants security deposits under unlawful reasons. After hearing that and being told that the previous tenants were charged for the installation of new carpet for that residence (carpet that had not been installed. As you will see in the pictures, the carpeting is old). The carpet smelled of human urine when I moved in and it took [redacted] several months to send someone to clean the carpets. The carpet guy explained to me that the carpet in the property was in terrible condition and did indeed smell as if it had been soiled with human urine. Previous tenants explained to me that [redacted] would bring old pictures of the property to court with her when they tried to sue for the security. The pictures that she would bring were not accurate pictures of the property taken at the time that they moved out. I decided to record the walkthrough in order to protect myself.On June 29, 2012 I paid for the carpets to be professionally cleaned. Again, the carpet cleaner had difficulty with his machinery because the carpet was in poor shape. The carpet had not been replaced by the previously tenantpower wash the outside of the house because of spiders (not in my lease to take care of).[redacted]
