us. We have retained most of our customers since we opened the shop. Loyalty means a lot to us. We work very hard and have gained a very good clientele. I will be happy to provide you many references from our many of our customers!Client told us, that someone in his neighborhood put SUGAR in his [redacted] gas tank. That caused more issues with his vehicle. Plus, his lack of knowledge about cars but he still likes to fix things himself. Client told us to put a water pump on his [redacted]. He claimed that that was the right thing to do from his own online research and [redacted] videos.He pretends to know everything and does not listen to car professionals/mechanics. Sadly, after making the complaint. He has hurt us emotionally and financially. I think his game plan is to avoid paying us for the parts and labor and try to get money from us. We have tried to help him and make payment plans with him. He gets all free advice from us or gets basic job (service) done from us and later goes home to work on his cars and makes mistakes and messes up (further damage) the cars and later files a complaint to protect himself. A Zee auto has witnesses, they saw Clients car making noises once he brought once he brought his [redacted] from him house.We have tried to help our Client and he has left his car for many weeks, we never charged him anything extra fro storage fee etc. We tried to work with him, because it's our job to keep our clients happy.If our shop was bad, why would someone bring their car (second vehicle) for service again?if our shop was bad, how come no one else has ever complaint?Client has filed a insurance claim - for body work!
