The group is charging off my loan due to the car being sent for repair The car was purchased in 7/and sent for repair in 8/before giving me an estimate of repair thry stated it was fixed and I would have to pay plus the current car noteThe owner and I was going back and fourth of how much I neefed to have them hold the car however, per a letter by mail it was already sold at the beginning of AugustFirst the SUV shouldnt have needed all the repair if inspected prior to being sold and second, you can not sale an item that is under contractSo they have charged off tge car without giving me the balnace and while it was still under contract and their for repairWhen going to the office the girls state it was sold for none payment but being repairedThis company has bad management and poor practices

The vehicle that I purchased did not receive the proper inspection before they sold the vehicle to me
I purchased a Chevy Camaro on May 22, I was assisted by Rebecca and JoseI put down 2200, which covered part of the down payment and insuranceOn May 25th I contacted Jose regarding the check engine light, the tires and a noise that they vehicle was makingHe told me to come by the office on FridayOn Friday morning before I could even pull out of my driveway I had to drive to the nearest tire shop to replace a tire, which costed me $I went by the office and he sent me to see a mechanic at Las Vegas RepairThe owner stated that my vehicle wasn't brought to be inspected before selling and that he understood my frustrationHe fixed the rattling noises and told me that Jose said that I would have to pay out of pocket to get the sensors repaired myself, which would cost me $I went and spoke with Jose and he stated that he would just take care of and to schedule

I am writing this to you and the [redacted] in grave concern about a storage facility member of the [redacted]The member that I am writing about is [redacted] owner and operator of A-[redacted] storage facility in League City, TXYesterday [redacted] at approx. 7:00 PM [redacted] DRUNKEN AND DISORDERLY, ASSAULTED me with a DEADLY WEAPON (KNIFE) and also THREATENED ME, with BODILY HARM, and THREATENED to HARM MY VEHICLE while I was not there, and yes I am a renter there with excellent renter standing and have been for six years.When I told him that I was going to the police he told me that he would kick me out of the storage REALLY is that legal ?This morning at 7:30 I received an e-mail stating that I have 15 days to vacate without reason, other than a MAD DRUNK says so.Since this facility is represented with your logo on their flyer I just thought you should know the type of business people that is associated with [redacted]s I read under your CODE OF ETHICS (I) Abide by all national, state, and local laws of every kind and nature.I dont believe that any of Mr. [redacted] actions fit into that AT ALL.Thank you[redacted]###-###-####
