The customer service is extremely lacking. She created a hostile environment. She was argumentative with me. I am a paying customer. It was a horrible experience. They used cold water to wash your hair. I wanted a color and they told me they couldn't but they have time to color it. I asked to get a couple of inches cut off my hair and she refused. She said she did not know me and we will need to take more time to get to know me. I will never go back there again. It is my birthday and she refused to service me like I wanted. They treated me horribly. It was a horrible experience.
