Review: I placed an internet order with this company whose site said I would not be charged until the item shipped. I received an invoice via email, with no delivery information on it whatsoever. The money was taken out of my bank account that same day. I have called repeatedly only to get the same canned "leave a voicemail & we will return your call" message (of which I have left 3) with no return call, no responses to 6 emails, and the fax number does not connect. I am in fear that this is a scam company & I will never see these goods. I understand that companies are busy but non response & a non working fax number leads me to think this is not a reputable company. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
[redacted]Desired Settlement: If these folks would contact me with a tracking number & tell me where my item is I would be ok with that. But the fact that they processed for money & now I can't reach them is disconcerting. If they can't provide customer service I would like to see them shut down so no one else has to go through this.

Review: I bought two cash registers on September *, 2014 and used UPS ground shipping. My purchases have still not arrived and no one is answering our phone calls/inquiries.Desired Settlement: I expect a full refund, and in the case of fraudulent practices I will file a lawsuit.
