I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ***Please add your rejection comments below.
I received a notification that Ahad received my complaint and was willing to fix the shifter.I had emailed a response on my complaint stating that I was willing to accept A1’s response as long as the shifter was fixed and I could start making my payments again with the back balance of $removed as this was not due to my error or my operation of the vehicleI received no response from neither the Revdex.com nor A1.I then received a letter on 12/stating that the car was going up for Auction on 12/and whatever funds they received would go towards the balance on the ** *** and I would owe the remaining.This is not the resolution that was requested and the Claim needs to be re-openedI am now requesting my deposit of $again as the vehicle was sold at Auction on 12/If I am unable to obtain my deposit or the vehicle, I will be filling a lawsuit with my Lawyer and this will be taken to court due to the Lemon LawThis is not the first time that a faulty vehicle was sold from AAuto and it certainly will not be the last. [If you are rejecting the business's response please enter your rejection comments here.]I am rejecting the response due to the fact that I spoke with *** *** *** today, 12/15/and I spoke with ***, which is the finance company for AAuto and they are requiring I pay the back balance in full of $before I am able to obtain the vehicle in my possessionI do not believe that I should be responsible for the towing fee as it was not my fault the car was undrivable due to faulty mechanic work done by AAuto in Mechanic Falls. As of right now, I would owe $towards the car payments themselves which I am willing to pay to get the car back in my possession.

A-1 AUTO INC. IS STILL WILLING TO ASSIST IN REPAIR OF THE SHIFTER.  IT WAS SOMETHING THAT WE HAD ALREADY LOOKED AT AND WE STAND BEHIND OUR WORK, EVEN THOUGH THE CUSTOMER HAS EXCEEDED THE WARRANTY PERIOD BOTH TIME WISE AS WELL AS MILEAGE WISE.  A-1 AUTO HAS NO CONTROL OVER THE CUSTOMER GETTING THE VEHICLE BACK. THE ACCOUNT HAS ALSO EXCEEDED OUR RETURN POLICY FOR A REFUND OF ANY MONIES INVOLVED.  CUSTOMER WILL HAVE TO SPEAK WITH FINANCE COMPANY ABOUT RETURN OF VEHICLE, AT WHICH TIME, IF CUSTOMER HAS POSSESSION OF VEHICLE, A-1 AUTO WOULD BE WILLING TO ASSIST IN REPAIRING THE ISSUES OF CONCERN.

I am willing to accept the decision from A-1 Auto if the shifter is fixed. I can accept the car back in my possession with no back balance owed if the car is in drivable condition and can start off with my $50.00 weekly payments again.  Please communicate this to them on my behalf. If they are not willing to compromise as I have with them, I will take them to court with the Lemon Law as I have already spoken with a lawyer. As far as the appointments go, there were a couple of appts. made that were missed due to me not having a ride out to the location to drop off my vehicle but that was before they "fixed" it. A-1 in Mechanic Falls were always advised that if I couldn't make it. There was no appt. scheduled for the 8th. I look forward to hearing from you!

A-1Auto Inc  has agreed to resolve the complaint filed and stand behind their original word. We feel this Complaint is satisfied and closed. Customer *

customer's complaints with shifter on vehicle were addressed soon after the sale.  customer had 4 appointments to address issues with shifter.  one was kept, the other three were no call/no shows.  her last demand was on 11/6/17.  an appointment was made for the vehicle,...

even though the vehicle was well out of warranty, with 6,000 miles on it since purchase.  we were still willing to stand behind our repairs.  she was a no call/no show for her appointment on 11/8/17.  she had 3 days to cancel the sale on her vehicle from the date of purchase in order to receive a refund of her deposit.  she did not do so.  we were more than willing to help her, however, she did not allow it.  her loan for the vehicle was assigned to a finance company on the date of the sale, therefore, A-1 Auto Inc. is unable to refund any monies involved with sale.  we can and are still willing to assist with the shifter problems.
