Work has not been finished, work was done poorly with no attempt to fix, products used were up charged severely, broke down equipment left on site.My purchase was made in August of 2015, and the work has not been completed as of yet, the company had under experienced roofers with the exception of the supervisor that was on site the under experienced workers nailed my shingles in a wavy pattern on the front side of the house, the owners excuse to this was that the house was not level causing them to wave yet the back side came out just fine. I called for weeks asking when work would begin with several excuses that they were still waiting on materials, wrong materials were ordered. Once the shingles were off and there was no returning they told me I needed to resheet my entire roof, I was then charged another 2000 dollars on top of the already 5000 paid. After I had pulled my original skirting and ordered new skirting I needed to reframe the underside of the trailer to accommodate the new skirting I was charged 1500 dollars for that and they sent a roofer with no framing experience out to complete the work. Once completed the company left a huge gap between the ground and the underside of the house allowing air and animals to get under the house, because of this I am having to replace furnace venting due to animals damaging the vent lines, I struggled with frozen pipes as well. Once they did finally put fill dirt in they fluffed it around the edges of the house in a messy fashion as it rained and snowed it has settled down leaving the underside of the house exposed again. They have left a broken down skid steer leaking oil on my property for several months. Desired SettlementI would like an itemized list with pricing included of all work and products done and used. I would like the work to be finished including all skirting covered and material compacted and cleaned up, I would like the broken down equipment that has been left on my property leaking oil removed and I would also like an explanation of the charges I am being billed there was a lot of work that seems to have been greatly overcharged,i.e. 50 sheets of 7/16 OSB used to sheet the roof being charged at 50 dollars per sheet purchased at home depot for a little over 10 dollars. 900 dollars for insulation. 1500 dollars for framing. I would appreciate a response as soon as possible thank you. The date of purchase was in August of 2015 work has still not been completed in full.
