A1 Carpet

I asked for and paid good amount for an outdoor carpet for my little terraceI told the store manager I did not want a carpet that would be gluedCarpet was put down and now always becomes wavy when humid, rain etcI found out that it is a commercial carpet, not necessarily outdoorOwner of Asays this has never happened before and he sells quality carpets....so not even a chance that I get some money backI have now decided to glue the carpet to the concrete even though I did not want this and he bluntly said I would have to pay for it

I am rejecting this response because: We placed the complaint the day the carpet was installedIn response, your salesperson, Lucinio, came out the night of installation to provide us with a carpet cleanerThe stain did not come out the next day,
and my husband reached out then to notify LucinioHe said he would file a claimThis was on November 7thClearly, it's been well over the 2-week process that you mention in your responseThis is entirely unacceptableNext week will be the three month mark since installation and our initial complaint.
