Review: Owner of this business has had my vehicle since November 20, 2015. I was quoted 12 business days for the auto body repair. I have made multiple attempts at contacting the owner for updates regarding my vehicle. The owner was paid for his services from my insurance company weeks ago. I was able to contact the owner 1/7/16 and told my vehicle would be completed today. After several calls to the shop I finally contacted the owner who informed me my vehcile was still not ready to be picked up.Desired Settlement: Complete the service to which he has been paid
