This company was contracted out to set up services and equipmentDuring installation, the tech stated that he hooked something up and it was complimentaryLater, I received a bill for this complimentary hook-upThis company charged me for something without ever discussing the charges and stated the tech had discussed the charges with my wife (which was a lie)I called the office and they were rude, then I spoke with the owner and he stated that the tech stated that he did discuss the charges and there was nothing he could do about itI would avoid this company at all costThis is the same issue I'v heard several times about this company from other people, but I overlooked itI should have sent this tech away when he showed up to my door
