Review: On October [redacted], 2013 I brought my computer for repair to "A1 Computer Center" located on [redacted]. So, [redacted] told me that my PC needs mother board to be changed. And every 2 weeks I keep calling to a [redacted] (tel: ###-###-####cell. & ###-###-#### office)to fined out my PC repair status. After 6 months my PC was ready to pick up. [redacted] told me that they put a new motherboard and everything is OK with my PC now. I paid $170 cash to the [redacted] and got my PC. But on July ** with the same issue I went back to the same repair store and the [redacted] told me that motherboard have to be changed, and that they have only 1 month warranty so I have to pay again probably they same amount when my PC will be ready. How comes my PC was broken if I used at home so rarely bcs I have 1 more different laptop to use, it is just for home use, why new mother board can be broken with in 1,5 months so probably they put used motherboard . Anyway I left my PC there and [redacted] told me the part is not available yet. They will let me know when its ready. So, My computer HP Pavilion Notebook PC DV4 since July **, 2014 in repair store 8 moths, and every 2 weeks I keep calling to a [redacted] (tel: ###-###-####cell. & ###-###-#### office) so, last time I was in that office on October, 2014 bcs they tald me don/t come just call, so every 2-3 weeks I m calling them and [redacted] keep saying me that part is not available yet. But I call to HP (tel:###-###-####)they sad that part is available par#[redacted] and price is $149.95. I don't know why they hold my PC unrepaired so why they need my computer staying there so long? I want my PC will be repaired at no cost now bcs part is available and they keep laying to me about.Desired Settlement: I want my PC will be repaired at no cost now, bcs part is available and they keep laying to me about.
