I am rejecting this response because: there are several false statements in the contractors statements. We were told a two week wait and not a 2month wait. Also, we attempted numerous times to contact the contractor by phone, text message and letter. He would not respond to us. Most importantly, we have not received a refund of our $3,000.00 deposit. The contractor has had our money for 5 months. The only way for this issue to be resolved is for the contractor to return our money.

We had to wait for a digging crew to come out and mark spots due to the Accessibility and high voltage issues underneath. We warned them at the beginning when they signed the contract that we were 2 months behind because of being so busy this summer. We will take care of them and refund them their...

money.
