I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  
On May 7 I called the Brownsville Charlie Clark and talked to the person I was...

informed she is in charge of customer complaints and issues.
She listen to our complaint and told us she will call us later on.
Few hours later, she call us and told us that they did not wanted our business,that they will not return to us the car we bought, even thought we have the legal papers([redacted]) and for us to go and pick up the trade in they had in their dealership parking; because we were not welcome there. ( This was not in a friendly manner)
After this we call our lawyer Mrs. [redacted], phone number [redacted] and we requested for her to talk and fix this issue with this people because we feel we do not deserve their illegal treatment.
After this a lady called and identified herself as Mrs. [redacted] and we requested for us to explain the situation, while we were explaining this she told us that she had to hung up the phone because she had to leave, this was around 7:40 PM, at this time we told her to please call our lawyer and we provided her with the name and phone number.
Yesterday afternoon another guy called and he said he was from Charlie Clark Nissan, we did not got his name and we informed him that our lawyer had instructed us to give to them her name and her phone number and she will be talking to them.
We believe they lie and misrepresent the issue at hand, we believe we had been discriminated, treated without any respect, deceived, disrespected and ashamed in front of our friends and neighbors when they send it a REPO company to pick up our car; without any legal support, because after we learned what the rules of REPO are this did not apply to us or to the situation.
For all this reasons and following the law, we requested to our lawyer to be the person talking to them and taking care of this issue, because we believe in the law of the land, and we are not going to permit the employees of Charlie Clark Nissan in Brownsville to continue with their unlawful behavior.
Just because we are females and they do not have any females in the sales floor or in the business department, which it shows it is a clear discriminatory behavior we are going to accept their behavior and their illegal actions towards us.
If they want to fix the situation, they must talk to our lawyer, because we are following her instructions.

We take out all information regarding this customer and his mother also, we wrote notes in our system for not contact them.
