Prior to 11/6/- Sent several emails and made phone calls to request paperworkWas advised that he will get it in the mailHe just isn't good with paperwork
11/6/- Sent letter by USPS requesting receipt and warranty paperwork - No response from business
12/4/- Sent certified letter by USPS requesting receipt and warranty paperwork
12/18/- Received a receipt and warranty paperwork from AHowever, it is incorrectThe receipt and warranty says the repaired crack was in my front wallThe crack was located in my back wall under the deckAdditionally, the warranty paperwork says it was repaired on 7/24/14, not 9/2/
12/18/- Emailed ***, the owner, advising of the inco
