I called on May 27,2013 to this business to have a wing back chair reupholstered and brought it in on that day. [redacted] told me it would be ready in 2 weeks. I gave him a deposit of$ 125.00 that he had asked for. I started calling him 3 weeks later and he told me 0ne more week. I have since called him several times to find he does not answer his phone and has never called me. Today, July 9, 2013 I went to his business at the [redacted] on [redacted] and had a person there call [redacted] and tell him I was coming for my chair. I have been requesting a refund since July 2013. He continues to tell me he will take care of it "next week." My calls have not been returned to settle this dispute, and I have not received a refund.
