Review: I placed an order of several products and got a quote with shipping.I made a change on one of the items and asked for a total with the change because I was sending funds tomorrow.I was told to subtract the product I did not want and add the one I did. I sent the money and was told later I owed another 186.00 for shipping.his website says all quotes will be given with shipping.I asked for money back on that item and was told no returns.to this day that item and another item has not been received.I was also told that the money for those items was going to be kept by him because of to much e-mail correspondence to resolve this issue.Desired Settlement: refund amount for the products that were never sent.$634.85

I read the complaint filed by the consumer, but unfortunately this matter is a breach of contract on the part of the buyer, I cannot discuss too much about the matter as I have contacted legal counsel as it needs to be resolved in a court of law in the Superior Court of California in the County of Los Angeles.

Simply put,

the buyer inquired about changing an order and

he changed the order and total on his own, and

he did not get approval on a final total before sending payment, and

he deliberately failed to pay for shipping/handling/insurance costs as his scam is to demand free shipping on a very large and heavy exhaust system.

he even did not send enough funds as per his erroneous calculations.

Buyer changed order total and did NOT get a Final quote from us nor Final approval before sending funds. He was even short on funds as what he sent did not match what he said he sent, he even argued that point several times despite the fact that math does not lie..

As per order the ordering Contract Terms and Conditions that every customer must agree to in order to do business with my business:
