when I had the vehicle towed it had a bad starter only I contacted them on june 3rd at 9:am to discuss the cost of repair and towthey quoted me the best price and I called the tow company they use and had it towed to them from the burger king parking lot less than a block away from them I had just installed a new battery in the car prior to towing after I had it towed I got a hotel room across the street to wait for them to fix the starterthey called me on saturday morning stating that they had put in a new starter but had a problem keeping it startedhe quoted me a price of for the work he had already done, then he said while trying get the car running properly he noticed that the relay was blowing and wires getting hot he said he had his tech look into and he said that my ecm was bad and it would cost me another dollars for a total of I gave him the okay to repair the part and paid him for the work already done and I applied for financing for the restso it took several days for the part to come in, and they stored it outside with the windows down and the battery removedthis I know because I rode pass on a cota bus after they had closed businessi could not gain access to the car because there is only one key and they were in possession of the key It rained all day the next day which was SUNDAY and they are closed on sundaysso on monday I called them to advise them I needed to pick up a bag of medicine from the car and would be there shortlywhen I arrived I let the manager know that I was there and why, he gave the car key and I went to retrieve the medicine, it was then that I noticed I had things missing from the car such as money and cell phones and stuff from glove box had been tossed outbut the medication was there untouched and the battery was behind the drivers seati advised the manager and he said he would check the camera and get back to me in which he never didmy car has an alarm system that is activated when you lock the drivers door and can only be turn off by the key or removal of batteryi had the car towed with the door locked and windows up, my car was broken into when they stored it while waiting on parts to come in with the windows down and the battery out on their lot thus making the alarm null and voidSo according to the legal aid that I spoke to about all this before contacting the Revdex.com they are responsibleas far as my door locks not working they were before they did the repairs and as of today the car is not runningi have contacted them about the new issues and they said they will look at it if I pay to have it towed to themi am putting another dime in their pockets

that is not true I john a[redacted] owner of this shop took his call I told him if there is problem with the work we did its under warranty and we will repair the problem  i also told him I will even tow the car here  he told me that he is going to call me back and tell me where the van was and I swear under oath he never called back

The starter was burned out when we got it. The ECM was burned out. We paid for the towing. Apparently someone broke into the car. I am sorry, but the business is not responsible for articles left in vehicles. I am sorry about the scratch and the door locks not working, but as our signs...

say, the business cannot be responsible for damage or theft that happens after hours. We gave the consumer a substantial discount. We did not charge him for storage. I tried to call him back, but his number was disconnected.  Sincerely,John, owner
