I called Integrity Roofing about a roof leak on a year old roof, thinking that a major repair was likely but when their expert technician came by (the same day), he determined that the repair could be done in less than an hour and instead of it being a financial catastrophe, it was a quick fix that gave us another five years on the roofThey are prompt, courteous and effective so if you need roof work done, Integrity is more than just a name with this company, it is the way they do business so look no further These are your guys

I called Integrity Roofing and Gutters for the purposes of evaluating existing gutters and installing gutters where none exist. My initial call went to [redacted] (in roofing) who I discussed my situation with about gutters to a condo complex where I am a board member. He appeared to understand my issue and advised he would bring out their top estimator [redacted]. Well, the day of the appointment, we find out that [redacted] is a roofing estimator, not gutters. So, [redacted] apologized and advised that it was his management that had requested [redacted] for this gutter appointment. So, we rescheduled. Their gutters folks showed up at the rescheduled appointment, who appeared knowledgeable about gutters, and we walked the property. We asked for 3 different quotes depending on whether we repaired or replaced and/or installed new gutters . I called the next day after the appointment to find out when we would get the quote, and [redacted] said I would have the 3 quotes in the next 2 hours. That day came and went with no quotes sent to me. We followed up with 5 additional calls to [redacted] directly on his cell and to the main office and left messages as well as actually speaking with the girls at the main number and still no quotes. I am disappointed at a company that appears to be professional, licensed, registered, in business since early 2000, but apparently, not professional with their clients. They wasted our time! Don't waste your time calling them.
I called this company to get 2 roof leaks fixed. Made an appointment for 1/23/15 at 11 am. Nobody showed up. Called the company that afternoon. The person said: Oh, our mobile scheduling system went down" and the usual nonsense. He promised to show up on 1/24/15 at 9 am. He never did. Unlike the company name these a bunch of ...
Let's face it a roof is an investment. You more then likely do not have the know how, time or ability to do it so you are putting a lot of trust in who you hire. Integrity stands up to their name. The guys work hard long hours and always smiled and very curteous. They did an excellent job. The impressive part was how they worked as a team and cleaned up when they were finished - no screws or trash left behind. One guy cleaned my atrium platform with a cloth and the back patio he moved all the furniture and grill to blow the dust off...I mean they pay attention to detail and have a great work ethic! Roofing is a mess but step back and let these guys work! They put everything back in order!
