Let's face it a roof is an investmentYou more then likely do not have the know how, time or ability to do it so you are putting a lot of trust in who you hireIntegrity stands up to their nameThe guys work hard long hours and always smiled and very curteousThey did an excellent jobThe impressive part was how they worked as a team and cleaned up when they were finished - no screws or trash left behindOne guy cleaned my atrium platform with a cloth and the back patio he moved all the furniture and grill to blow the dust off...I mean they pay attention to detail and have a great work ethic! Roofing is a mess but step back and let these guys work! They put everything back in order!
I called this company to get roof leaks fixedMade an appointment for 1/23/at amNobody showed upCalled the company that afternoonThe person said: Oh, our mobile scheduling system went down" and the usual nonsenseHe promised to show up on 1/24/at amHe never didUnlike the company name these a bunch of
I called Integrity Roofing and Gutters for the purposes of evaluating existing gutters and installing gutters where none exist My initial call went to [redacted] (in roofing) who I discussed my situation with about gutters to a condo complex where I am a board member He appeared to understand my issue and advised he would bring out their top estimator [redacted] Well, the day of the appointment, we find out that [redacted] is a roofing estimator, not gutters So, [redacted] apologized and advised that it was his management that had requested [redacted] for this gutter appointment So, we rescheduled Their gutters folks showed up at the rescheduled appointment, who appeared knowledgeable about gutters, and we walked the property We asked for different quotes depending on whether we repaired or replaced and/or installed new gutters I called the next day after the appointment to find out when we would get the quote, and [redacted] said I would have the quotes in the next hours That day came and went with no quotes sent to me We followed up with additional calls to [redacted] directly on his cell and to the main office and left messages as well as actually speaking with the girls at the main number and still no quotes I am disappointed at a company that appears to be professional, licensed, registered, in business since early 2000, but apparently, not professional with their clients They wasted our time! Don't waste your time calling them
