Purchased a power door lock kit for my Nissan Versa Note and in less than one month, one lock actuator failed and fell apartThese actuator are suppose to be the top of the line made in Switzerland and use by Mercedes BenzCost me a $to replace at the local installer and I only requested a refund price of the actuator which they replied: It is quite unclear on the situation,but we do not have an order from you for a replacement actuator nor do we see any notes for any type of warranty regarding your order I would not buy from these people again! I am now just waiting for the other actuators to fail

Stay awayI bought electric windows for a camaro off A1some time agoI didn't install them even yet, and didn't buy switches at the timeI wanted nicer switches then what they soldNow I'm doing the custom interior and I wanted to use other switches then what they soldNo wiring instructions came with the window motorsI got switches, then looked on their website for a wiring diagramCouldn't find oneI called them and they said the only way to get a wiring diagram was to buy switchesI thought about it for a few days and looked at their switches again, and decided they had a set I would useI ordered a set in and with the wiring diagram, I tested the switches with a beeping ohm meterThe drivers door double switch did not work in one direction on one switchI called the and they said send it back and they would send me anotherI said "ok" and packed it up, but didn't sendThis morning I re-test the passenger switch, and it started not workingI called them up and the guy said,"that is our best switch" "we only had one of them bad last year"I told him I now had that didn't work and the quality was poor, and I wanted to return themHe went off the phone for a couple minutes, and when he returned he said he couldn't warranty or return themFrom his attitude yesterday, I told him, I figured that and I had already contacted my credit card company and filed a complaint, and they could fight it out with my credit card companyHe then hung up on meI had a set of these before in another car and I had a motor bad under warrantyThey told me the same thing then, and I would have to buy a new motorMy motor was still under warranty but they wouldn't do anything about it

All I see are negative postings I've been buying stuff from these guys since the late 1990's The guys there are always helpful and the products have all been good The last kit I got was their custom Jeep Wrangler kit The sales guy coaxed me into it Costed a small fortune, but the kit works perfectlyIt was easy enough to install and came with great instructions It even looks like original My friend got the Electric Life kit and he has nothing but complaints

Good place to get power windows for your truck Got a set for my Silverado using the kit that Chris recommended to me Looked at the article they had on their website and the install went perfectly Well as good as my limited mechanical abilities let it Oh yeah, gotta note that I didnt like the switches that came with the kit originally, so I called Chris and he swapped them out for me with a different set that I like much better
