A1 Expert Heating and Air Conditioning

I have a Dog Bakery in Medina, my service guy who usually services my bakery case said he did not have the tools to fix my case so he recommended Expert Refrigeration ([redacted]) He came out added a florecent dye to my True case so he could find a leak. He also added a low pressure cut out switch. At the time of install of the low pressure switch [redacted] said that it was the wrong one and that it would proberly cause me a problem, I asked him to take it off. I thought he had done so. Several days later my case made a popping sound and the lights went out. I called [redacted] immediatly and he said he would come out the next day, he never showed. His excuse was that he had a water leak at home that he had to take care of. By this time it had been several days and I had the feeling [redacted] was not going to fix it, he said that it was not his fault. I called SMG Maintenance LLC and they came out and said that a True Case should never have florecent dye put into it, and that the reason why the case blew was that the switch that [redacted] installed, that I thought he removed was never removed. The wires were all fried. I have paid twice to get my case fixed the second time by another company who did it right. I have asked [redacted] for a refund and at first he said he would, he now does not take my phone calls has not sent me a refund. He charge me $316.00 to repair my case, he made it worse not better. The company who recommended him [redacted] from Strong's said called him on my behalf and did not know why [redacted] was not making this right.
