This morning my garage door broke and I wasn't sure who to call - so I decided to call A1 Garage Door Service. I did a search for best garage door repair Tucson and found out that the garage door industry is very competitive in Tucson, AZ. Bottom line is this: I called three of the top companies and found that A1 Garage Door Service could come out the fastest and didn't mind stopping by when they were in my neighborhood. The guy [redacted] came out and he was such a nice guy, turns out it was a gear in the garage door opener. He did the work, went over the warranty, and left a sticker up. I'm glad I called this company and will be referring them to my neighbors, b/c I think they all have the opener.

I paid over $700 to this company for new garage door rails. They told me the Motor would not work for these kind of rails, even though the rails were fine, and the motor on the opening mechanism had worked with the old rails for over 15 years. I was later advised this was NOT true by another garage door expert. They also left the emergency cord disconnected after their "repairs" and failed to reconnect the light on the opening mechanism which was working before the rail replacement. Numerous attempts to have them out again have failed as I refuse to pay them an additional $65 for a service call to fix what they left undone.
