From: PAUL N***Date: Wed, May 24, at 12:PMSubject: Re: Complaint AHandpiece Specialists is rejecting the customer's response due to failure of contacting us and telling us about the mistake when customer first realized there was an issueAfter viewing the original emails from August 2016, which we still have, there was a mistake and it should have been brought to our attention in a timely manner, not months later after the turbines have been in use for the entire months in many patients mouthsIn the phone call that the customer made to us two weeks ago he also stated that he had been using the turbines this whole time with a loose endThe customer knew there was an issue with the turbines, which we would have corrected immediately if he would have advised us of the issue last year near the time of purchase or within the monthsWe are not honoring this complaint due to the two main facts that the customer was using these turbines on a daily basis without any attempt to contact us in the month periodWe always accept returns or correct mistakes within a reasonable amount of time for all of our customers, but they need to be brought to our attention as soon as the issue is acknowledged.Thank you,Brittany

Attached here are all email correspondence between myself and the seller.  It is important to see the difference between a friction grip back And a pushbutton back So I will include Images of both that I have saved. They are So different that they are very easy to distinguish between. From this experience I can tell you that a turbine for a pushbutton back will not fit a handpiece with a friction grip back. Please notice in the emails attached that this was communicated to the seller prior to purchasing turbines from them and they sent me the incorrect ones anyway. I would like a full refund.[redacted]I am having trouble attaching emails so I have attached some screenshots of the emails if you need more information feel free to contact me and I can send you forwarded emails that I sent and received during purchasing.

The customer has never been in contact with us since that purchase.Two weeks ago he called the office about the turbines not fitting and said that he has been using the handpiece along with these turbines with a loose end. Him and I figured out that he had received the wrong turbines and he needed a different kind of turbine. I advised to him that we could build him these turbines since we haven't sold these specific turbines in about 2 years. He sent me photos again of the handpiece and the turbines that have clearly been used and damaged. There were bearings missing and lots of dirt and debris. As I advised the customer, he purchased the turbines back in August 2016 and never tried contacting us after he received them. He used the turbines for 9 months realizing that there was an issue, but never reported it. We have a 6 month warranty and returns need to be done within a reasonable amount of time. Also due to OSHA laws, we can not accept returns on anything that has been used in a patients mouth. At this point in time, 9 months later without any contact, we can not accept his request for a refund or exchange.
