I went to this website because I wanted to order a clutch for a mustang which was about $100.00 cheaper than other websites. I ordered my item on August [redacted] and after about 3 weeks of waiting my item never arrived. I did several attempts to contact the customer service and no one would answer. I left about 3 voice messages and they never returned my call. Finally after sending two emails and telling them I was concerned with my order status, they replied stating they had not shipped my item yet. At this point I told them to cancel my order and wanted a full refund. They sent me an email on August [redacted] saying my refund was being processed. Two weeks passed and I never saw a credit on my Credit Card I used to pay. I made several attempts via email and phone to contact and ask about my refund, but it was useless. I never got my refund and they never bothered to respond any of my emails. Now I'm $1709.95 dollars short plus many months of interest that I've had to pay on this amount as I've had to pay it down, but never even got my item.
