We are a used appliance companyWhen we service customers at their homes we always tell them that we used parts to repair their appliance, this way we are not passing the cost of a new part to the customerOnly when necessary do we buy new parts for customersWhen I went to this customers home on
June 6th and attempted to replace the boot of her ** *** washer I brought with me a boot that looked brand new but was not and it was the wrong boot as wellI then returned the next day with the correct boot which was not new, and replaced hersIf it was a brand new boot the cost for her would have been substantially higherWe would never send any part to a customer which was dirty or full of mold nor would we ever replace a part with the customers old partThat is not the way we conduct our businessOur policy is to make sure our customers are always happy with what they purchase from our servicesI am sorry to hear that our customer is not happyWe did not receive a voice mail which is not surprising as we have had many problems with it as of lateBut had the customer called us during our regular business hours we would have been more than happy to resolve any issues she hadI will be more than happy to return her payment for her boot
